Al Grop’s menu follows the changing seasons, giving prominence to aromatic herbs and asparagus in risottos, barley and beans in soups, ceps from the nearby mountains in the pasta which is handmade in the kitchen, and seasonal flavours in the frittatas. The range of meat in the menu includes roast kid and free-range poultry such as chickens, ducks or geese cooked in flavour-rich sauces or roasted in the wood-fired oven.
